PCR/Molecular Testing Options (For detecting active COVID-19, more sensitive than antigen):
Curbside Testing at Evanston Regional Hospital: Rapid PCR test using Liat testing platform. 9:00am - 4:00pm
Bridger Valley Urgent Care: Samples to state, also a rapid test for symptomatic people. Biofire PCR.
Evanston Community Health Center: Cue Molecular Rapid testing available. Test is free. May be an office/clinic charge.
Uinta County Public Health: Cue Molecular Rapid testing available. Test is free. Schedule test here.
Sterling Urgent Care: Rapid Molecular test available. Also can provide PCR sent to lab.
Vault Test: Home, saliva PCR test. Free for Wyoming residents at https://www.vaulthealth.com/covid. If it is a Wyoming address, the $150 testing fee is waived, and shipping costs are covered. Saliva is collected during a supervised online telehealth visit with a Vault Test Supervisor (requires an internet connection.) Sample is sent to a Vault lab.
Antigen Testing Options (For detecting symptomatic, active COVID-19):
Purchase for At-Home use: Rapid antigen tests are/may be available in various pharmacies, including Wal-Mart.
Evanston Community Health Center: Rapid antigen test, BINAX Now available.
City Drug: Antigen testing available.
Antibody Testing Options (For detecting previous infection. Accuracy is variable):

Communicable Disease—Immunizations, TB screening and follow-up, HIV/STD testing and case management, Infectious Disease investigation and follow up.
Maternal & Child Health—Programs to help families have healthy pregnancy outcomes, healthy babies and kids, and support healthy development to give our children the best possible start in life.
Chronic Disease—Wellness programs and education to help people stay healthy, and support for those with chronic disease conditions.
Community Health Assessment & Planning—With other county agencies, we work to identify barriers to health and wellbeing and plan to overcome these obstacles for all community members.
Public Health Emergency Preparedness—Preparation to respond to bioterrorism, exposure to infectious agents, and other public health emergencies.

Education & Outreach—Getting information out about health, health-risks, and access to healthcare is a part of all public health does.
Environmental Health—In cooperation with other county agencies, we strive to identify & investigate possible health hazards, and provide referrals, support and education.
