    4-H Meats Judging What is Meats Judging? In meats judging, youth learn how to identify a variety of meat cuts from beef, lamb and pork. They learn to place classes based on which product is better than the other. Seniors and intermediates have the opportunity to defend their placings through oral reasons. Juniors do not have to give oral reasons, but answer a set of questions about meat classes.
