Birth Certificates
Birth records since 1909 are available from Wyoming Vital Records Division. Birth certificates can be obtained by:
- Either parent named on the certificate
- Legal guardian with guardianship papers

Marriage Licenses
Marriage Licenses are issued by Wyoming county clerks and are valid for use anywhere in the state of Wyoming. Copies of Uinta County marriage licenses are available since August 9, 1872.
Fee
- $5 for certified copy, $0.25 for uncertified copy

Death Certificates
Death records since 1909 are available from
Wyoming Vital Records Division. Birth, marriage and death records over 50 years old may be available from the
Wyoming State Archives. Death certificates can be obtained by:
- Bank, executors of estate, insurance company or anyone requiring a
certificate to pay a policy or death benefit on the decedent
- Immediate family members
- Lawyers representing the immediate family
The fee for obtaining a death certificate is $9.

The Clerk of District Court is a passport application acceptance facility.
