Birth Certificates

Birth records since 1909 are available from Wyoming Vital Records Division.

Copy of Wyoming Birth Certificate Application Form.

Birth certificates can be obtained by:

·         Registrant if 18 years of age.

·         Either parent named on the certificate.

·         Lawyer representing the registrant or parent(s).

·         Legal guardian with guardianship papers.

Fee: $12.00

Marriage Licenses

Marriage Licenses are issued by Wyoming County Clerks and are valid for use anywhere in the state of Wyoming. Copies of Uinta County Marriage Licenses since August 9, 1872.

Birth, Marriage and Death records over 50 years old may be available from the Wyoming State Archives

Death certificates can be obtained by:

·         Immediate family members.

·         Lawyers representing the immediate family.

·         Bank, executors of estate, insurance company, or anyone requiring a certificate to pay a policy or death benefit on the decedent.
