Official Duties
The Clerk of District Court is responsible for maintaining and preserving the records of all cases filed in the Third Judicial District Court, Uinta County, dating back to 1874.
The Clerk has many duties, which include the processing of cases and court ordered payments, as well as the administration of appeals and jury trials.
Please note that the District Court does not handle traffic citations, misdemeanors or any offense which resulted in the issuance of a ticket. Please click on the Courts link below, followed by the "Other Courts" link for information for Circuit Court or Municipal Court.
