Office Operations During COVID-19
Beginning March 18th, the Uinta County Treasurer’s office will be conducting business through mail, email, and phone only. If you have any questions or need assistance using our on-line services, you may contact our office at 307-783-0333. We will do everything we can to help make this temporary process as easy as possible. We appreciate your cooperation and patience as we strive to do our part to keep the citizens and employees of Uinta County healthy.
We respectfully request that all motor vehicle renewals, sales tax payments and property tax payment be mailed to us, paid on-line, or over the phone using a credit/debit card, or electronic check.
Need To Renew A Vehicle Registration?
If you have a vehicle that needs to be renewed, the renewals be mailed to us, paid on-line or over the phone using a credit/debit card or electronic check. The amount due can be viewed on this website by clicking here, you will need your license plate number.
Need To Pay Property Taxes?
If you need to pay your property taxes, payments can be mailed to us, paid on-line, or over the phone using a credit/debit card or electronic check. You can click here to pay online.
Need to Pay Sales Tax?
If a new vehicle has been purchased and you would like to pay your sales tax only over the phone, online or through the mail, you will need to upload a PDF or JPEG image of your contract or bill of sale on our website. Upload the documents by clicking here, once completed our office will contact you.
Need to Pay With Cash?
If you would like to pay by cash, there will be a location on the treasurer’s counter where you can drop an envelope off at our office.
