Cooking that holiday turkey, whether for Thanksgiving or Christmas or even Easter is a tradition that most of us stick to.  It's part of our family, it's tradition, it's wonderful to watch the progression of who makes the turkey as parents get older and children, and then grandchildren take on the task and the pride that goes with it.
